Gem Music and Other Silent Comics is a set of five comics with a mix of modern-day and fantasy settings, all traditionally illustrated using colored pencils, markers, and watercolor. It is the first book in my Silent Comics series.
Full synopsis:
A wonderfully illustrated collection of five short dialogue-less comics, touching on themes of friendship and belonging.
Three explorers visit a cave where gems glow when there is music; a flower magician attends a flower festival for the first time; a girl makes a surprising friend on her walk home; a boy and his grandfather go to a lake to paint together; and two cats enjoy the end of the day.
Each comic is appropriate for all ages and reading levels, celebrating small, happy moments.
